OLD MISER FROM QUEENS

Photo by Andrea Piacquadio on Pexels.com

There once was an old miser from Queens

He was too taciturnly cheap

To pay for the slip-shod broken zipper

On his worn-out outdated jeans

He devised a spartan plan that was equal to his means

He jerry-rigged the zip-fastener with rope

Then came off to the general public

Looking the ordinary impecunious rope-a-dope

When his craggy-cratered hiney

Was exposed!

As The blue-panted thing-a-ma-jig fell!

To his knees!

The out-of-sorts senior could have never foreseen

His corny demoded affects on the current teen stylistic scene
