Self-proclaimed MAGA American Patriots?

Living-room political armchair Generals

High on their nationalistic credentials from guns anti-refugee fervor and fentanyl?

Have never served a day

Nay! Even a minute in service!

Either as volunteer

Officer or conscript

Is this why your undying conception of soldier and citizen is flipped?

Patriotic Soldiers salute the flag!

As part of their duty to honor and protect their Motherland

Great American citizens

With hand over heart

Commit democratically to defend the right

To protest!

On economic

Social and political issues

When deemed justly necessary as Citizen emissaries to make a moral stand

The military was composed

To ensure the American Liberty Bell will always ring!

It is my fervent distinction to have served in the United States Army 101st Airborne division – 320th Field Artillery

Defending the rights so hard fought for in American history past
