Out of the darkness
Born into the sweet light
Is lascivious life
Kicking and screaming
Humming a lullaby
Why! Oh why!
The tree climbs ever high
Color and vigor of the leaves
Changing Slightly
Most Imperceptibly
Suddenly I have conquered the night
The jungle no longer
Beckons me with fright
Why! oh why!
Must I die!
Down the valleys of despair!
Over the mountains
Yet I climb
Yearning for happiness
Pray tell what may I find?
The lion protecting his pride
From the economic social and political dangers
That lurk outside
Where the people reside
Will you bring me inner peace?
My eternal celestial design
From the universal quantum and physical laws
Outside in the wilderness of the streets
At the finality
The sweet bye and bye
In the sanctity of my mind
